باستخدامك تطبيق فاحص الجهاز (Device Inspector) لنظام Mac أو شرائك فاحص الجهاز Pro فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. الناشر هو BetheApp. للتواصل: macdeviceinspector@betheapp.com.
1. التطبيق المجاني
الفحص الكامل لقدرات الجهاز والتحديث ونسخ الملخص وتبديل اللغة مجانية. تُعرض المعلومات كما يوفّرها نظام macOS وقد لا تكون دقيقة في كل الحالات.
2. فاحص الجهاز Pro
يضيف Pro: التقارير الاحترافية، والمراقبة الحية، وصحة البطارية، وسجل الفحوصات والمقارنة. المنتجات المتاحة:

السعر النهائي يظهر في التطبيق وفي صفحة الدفع قبل إتمامه. لا يتجدد اشتراك السنة تلقائيًا، وسيذكّرك التطبيق قبل انتهائه.
3. الدفع
تتم المدفوعات عبر Tap Payments بصفته معالج الدفع، وتخضع لشروطه أيضًا. لا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك. يصلك الإيصال بالبريد الإلكتروني الذي أدخلته.
4. الترخيص
- الترخيص شخصي ويعمل على ما يصل إلى 3 أجهزة Mac في الوقت نفسه. يمكنك إلغاء تفعيل جهاز لنقل الترخيص إلى جهاز آخر.
- لا يجوز بيع مفتاح الترخيص أو نشره أو مشاركته علنًا. يحق لنا إلغاء الترخيص في حالات الاحتيال أو استرداد المبلغ عبر البنك أو إساءة الاستخدام.
- يتحقق التطبيق من الترخيص عند الاتصال بالإنترنت، ويبقى Pro فعّالًا دون اتصال حتى 30 يومًا.
- يمكنك استعادة ترخيصك بالبريد الإلكتروني ومرجع عملية الدفع (chg_…) الموجود في الإيصال.
5. الاسترداد
إذا لم يعمل Pro على جهازك كما هو موصوف، راسلنا خلال 14 يومًا من الشراء وسنساعدك في حل المشكلة أو نرد المبلغ.
6. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون ضمانات. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي قرار يُتخذ بناءً على المعلومات المعروضة، وذلك في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.
7. التغييرات
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط أو الأسعار مستقبلًا. لا تؤثر التعديلات على ما اشتريته سابقًا.

1. The free app
The full capability inspection, refresh, copying the summary and switching languages are free. Information is shown as macOS reports it and may not be accurate in every case.
2. Device Inspector Pro
Pro adds Pro Reports, Live Monitor, Battery Health and Scan History & Compare. Products:

The final price is shown in the app and on the checkout page before you pay. The 1-year pass does not renew automatically; the app reminds you before it ends.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Tap Payments, whose terms also apply. We do not store your card details. The receipt is sent to the email you enter.
4. Licence
- The licence is personal and works on up to 3 Macs at the same time. Deactivate a Mac to move the licence to another one.
- Licence keys may not be sold, published or shared publicly. We may revoke a licence in cases of fraud, chargebacks or abuse.
- The app checks the licence when it is online and stays Pro offline for up to 30 days.
- You can recover your licence with your email and the payment reference (chg_…) on your receipt.
5. Refunds
If Pro does not work on your Mac as described, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will help fix it or refund you.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on the information it shows.
7. Changes
We may change these terms or prices in the future. Changes do not affect what you have already bought.
