تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق فاحص الجهاز (Device Inspector) لنظام Mac وموقعه macdeviceinspector.betheapp.com مع بياناتك. الناشر هو BetheApp. للتواصل: macdeviceinspector@betheapp.com.

1. نتائج الفحص تبقى على جهازك

يجري فحص قدرات الجهاز بالكامل على جهاز Mac الخاص بك. لا تُرسل نتائج الفحص ولا التقارير ولا سجل الفحوصات ولا قراءات المراقبة الحية ولا بيانات البطارية إلى خوادمنا أو إلى أي طرف آخر. سجل الفحوصات يُحفظ محليًا على جهازك فقط ويمكنك حذفه من التطبيق.

2. ما نخزّنه على خادمنا

نتواصل مع خادمنا فقط لعرض الأسعار وإتمام الشراء وتفعيل الترخيص والتحقق منه. ونخزّن ما يلي:

معرّف الجهاز: رقم عشوائي ينشئه التطبيق عند أول تشغيل، مع بصمة مشفّرة (hash) لسرّ الجهاز وليس السرّ نفسه، وتاريخ الإنشاء وآخر استخدام. لا نجمع الرقم التسلسلي للجهاز ولا أي معرّف من العتاد.
البريد الإلكتروني والاسم اللذان تُدخلهما عند الدفع، لإرسال الإيصال واستعادة الترخيص.
الطلبات: المنتج والمبلغ والعملة ومرجع عملية الدفع لدى Tap (chg_…) وحالة الطلب وتواريخه.
التراخيص: مفتاح الترخيص والمنتج وتاريخ الانتهاء (لاشتراك السنة) والبريد الإلكتروني المرتبط به.
التفعيلات: أي معرّفات أجهزة تستخدم الترخيص (حتى 3 أجهزة) ومتى فُعّلت أو أُلغيت.

لا نخزّن عناوين IP في قاعدة بياناتنا، ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (cookies)، ولا أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع أو إعلانات، لا في التطبيق ولا في الموقع.

3. معالج الدفع: Tap Payments

تتم المدفوعات عبر صفحة الدفع المستضافة لدى Tap Payments. تُدخل بيانات بطاقتك لدى Tap مباشرة، ولا نراها ولا نخزّنها. نرسل إلى Tap المبلغ والعملة والبريد الإلكتروني والاسم ورقم الطلب ومعرّف الجهاز العشوائي، وتخضع معالجتهم للبيانات لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بهم.

4. الاستضافة: Cloudflare

يستضيف Cloudflare خادمنا وقاعدة بياناتنا وهذا الموقع (Cloudflare Workers و D1). قد يعالج Cloudflare بيانات تقنية مثل عنوان IP لتوصيل الخدمة وحمايتها من الهجمات.

5. لماذا نستخدم هذه البيانات

فقط لإتمام الشراء، وإصدار الترخيص وتفعيله على أجهزتك، وتمكينك من استعادته، ومنع الاحتيال، والوفاء بالالتزامات المحاسبية والقانونية. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بالطلبات والتراخيص طوال صلاحية الترخيص، ثم المدة التي تفرضها القوانين المحاسبية والضريبية. يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت، مع العلم أن حذفها يعني عدم إمكانية استعادة الترخيص لاحقًا.

7. حقوقك

يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا على macdeviceinspector@betheapp.com. يمكنك أيضًا إلغاء تفعيل أي جهاز من داخل التطبيق.

8. الأطفال

الخدمة غير موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

9. التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسننشر النسخة الجديدة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Device Inspector for Mac and its website macdeviceinspector.betheapp.com handle your data. The publisher is BetheApp. Contact: macdeviceinspector@betheapp.com.

1. Your scan results stay on your Mac

The capability inspection runs entirely on your Mac. Scan results, reports, scan history, live monitor readings and battery data are never sent to our servers or to anyone else. Scan history is stored only on your Mac and you can delete it in the app.

2. What our server stores

The app talks to our server only to show prices, complete a purchase and activate and check a licence. We store:

Device id: a random number the app creates on first launch, with a hash of the device secret (never the secret itself), and when it was created and last used. We do not collect your Mac's serial number or any hardware identifier.
Email and name you enter at checkout, to send the receipt and to recover your licence.
Orders: product, amount, currency, the Tap payment reference (chg_…), status and dates.
Licences: licence key, product, expiry date (for the 1-year pass) and the email it belongs to.
Activations: which device ids use a licence (up to 3 Macs) and when they were activated or deactivated.

We do not store IP addresses in our database, and we use no cookies, analytics, tracking or advertising, in the app or on the website.

3. Payment processor: Tap Payments

Payments are made on the hosted checkout page of Tap Payments. You enter your card details with Tap directly; we never see or store them. We send Tap the amount, currency, your email and name, the order number and the random device id. Tap's own privacy policy applies to its processing.

4. Hosting: Cloudflare

Cloudflare hosts our server, database and this website (Cloudflare Workers and D1). Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the service and protect it from attacks.

5. Why we use this data

Only to complete your purchase, issue a licence and activate it on your Macs, let you recover it, prevent fraud, and meet accounting and legal obligations. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

6. Retention

We keep orders and licences while the licence is valid and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law require. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; after deletion the licence can no longer be recovered.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion by writing to macdeviceinspector@betheapp.com. You can also deactivate any Mac from inside the app.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page with its date.
